Exclusive for Women Ages 7 and up
Girls in motion, Women in motion = *Girl Power* This exclusive 10 week program
for moms & daughters, aunts, grandma’s sisters, includes guest
Psychologist speaking on “Knowing yourself~ Get Centered~ Get Strong!” Fitness
Trainer, Paul Plakas from X-Weighted, and interactive nutrition classes
with a registered dietician at the Blue Pear Restaurant. This 10 week program
will cover fitness, nutrition and well-being. At the 5 week mark we will
participate in the 5km walk/run for the Mother’s Day Road Race. Get
Ready to get Fit and have FUN!! Saturday 1:30-3:00pm

Mini-ABulators
Parents Core stability class with their infant 7-18mths.
$145/10weeks
An ABsolute way to help you keep FIT with your kids. ABulators is a 45 minute
class that partners parents with their child to develop core stability and
learn exercises to do together outside of the class environment. Fit balls
provided. Space is limited. *Friday 10-10:45am * Location TBC

Just TRI-it
(5-12 yrs.) Saturday 12-1pm (space is limited) $150/10wks
After an incredible first season and a group of 8 Kids of Steel finishers Just
TRI-it is BACK!
Fit n’ Fun joins with Aerobic Power Training Systems for 10 weeks of
introductory triathlon training. Class time is divided between the three disciplines SWIM-BIKE-RUN.
This class is an excellent way to challenge strength, coordination, balance
and flexibility. Swim dates TBD. Kids of Steel race June 15~ St. Albert. *Westmount

Kinder Gym
(18-23mths.) Thursday OR Saturday
9:30-10:00am $110/10weeks
For the on-the-go toddler, Kinder Gym is an opportunity for
children to explore their coordination and balance. This
introductory
class will expose your toddler to a new environment and friends.
In this 30-minute class we will use balls, bubbles, songs
and games. Just enough time for a coffee break.

Energy Busters
(2- 3.5yrs.) Thursday OR Saturday
10:15-10:45am $110/10weeks
A high-energy class that combines gymnastics, sports and
games with fun and excitement. Each class your child will
be developing
strength, coordination and balance in a fun and motivating
environment. Bubbles, songs and balloons make this a great
class for growing
minds and bodies.

Dancing Doodlers
(3.5 - 5 yrs.) Thursday 11:00-11:45am $140/10
weeks
Come join the most popular, fun filled class where children
learn to dance AND doodle to sounds from around the world
in dances
like Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Salsa. We will also utilize a
variety of art materials for children to create a personal
masterpiece.
A great social adventure for children.

Yogis on the Wall
(3-5 yrs.)Wednesday 5:15-6:15pm
OR 6:15-7:15pm
OR Saturday 10-11am $135/10weeks
Yoga and Rock Climbing!! Yogis on the Wall is an introductory
class to indoor climbing, focusing on top rope climbing while
practicing climbing safety and movement techniques through
games and practice time. While waiting for their turn, children
learn a series of primary Ashtanga yoga poses in a kid friendly
way, led by our Yoga instructor. (No class May 16)

Night Crawlers
(6-9 yrs.) Monday 6:15-7:15pm
OR Sat. 11:15-12:15 $135/ 10weeks
This is the perfect class for children who like to climb
and challenge their minds and bodies. Night Crawlers focuses
on bouldering
basics while practicing climbing safety and movement techniques
through games and practice time. Night Crawlers are introduced
to circuit training while waiting for their turn (No class
May 16 or 19)
